The board of governors is the governing body of the school and constituted as provided for by the Education Board of Governors regulations section 58-59 part (ii) of the Education Act, 2008. It comprises 12 people representing all the major stakeholders namely; the Foundation body, parents, teachers, non-teaching staff, local government, and the Alumni.
